Remember the Shadows cast on the floor by the cats

remember the acts of grounding in the groove

which brings us the music which soothes,

which lets us learn and teach the truth.

hear the sounds which call your and my name.

the waves which caress, let catch and exhale ones breath again.

the currents cradling the unknown, known journey of every step.

the state of our senses

the way we percept the concept of the the two and fro, the ebb and flow.

the cycle of feeling

receiving and letting go.

while the world is reeling in the dreams and nightmares we are weaving.

the pulse

always showing, growing, where to trace the embrace of grace.

Igniting the smile which attracts faith, not to escape,

nourishes feeling, honour for the environment we get to be in.

The space, nature shaped,

to give us life!

We can choose to guard or exploit,

watching our Mothers demise, torment and pain reflected in our eyes?

or rise to the ancient call of nature.

which history shall our children nurture/be facing/tracing?

listen

listen

hear

let the music be the touch to allow you to

feel

see

the truth in you and me

let light be cast in the shadows

anchor in the art of living,

which music music music

like the heartbeat of the earth has been given, infuses

where art becomes the tool to enthuse us,

to weave us together and not to tear us apart.

remember your origin, honour the opportunity of life you are born in

remember life is a call and response of what you give and believe in.

our reality are the shadows and rays of light we are seeding.

hear

feel

remember what is real and a spiel distracting us from really being, here.

Choose to remember.

nature is you.

it is on you to live and protect the truth.

Story of the fog and the clouds

The companion of earth

Hugging its hills and shores

Draping over mountain tops into valleys and over cliffs

Nesting in every nook

Of the landscape

Every single leave of a tree

The grasses swaying in the breeze

With wich the misted water traveled near

To then with sun or wind to redisappear

The torn to cradled roundnesses

Accenting the shape of the landscape and the height of the sky

Emphasise the beauty unfolding infront of our eyes

In ever light

Day or night

The reflector of light

The caster of shadow

Painting

Left and right

Black and white

Ying and yang

Left hand right hand

Composition communicated through both hands in dialogue with each other

Structures of right and left like the two hands on a piano

As if conducting the visual space like the sounds from a symphony

The orchestration of a journey over time captured on the same surface moving in time through layers in the same moment but not traveling across moments besides in capture of videography or passing of time

Until the equilibrium or peace

Beginning to end of the piece is reached

Expressing with both halts

Of body, mind, heart and soul

During mark

Sound is excerpted

Assure and heighten presence through stimulated awareness of the senses

The canvas on the ground catching the history, the oath of its creation in a parallel language to the painting and performance. Eventually turning into a painting itself through observation accenting, emphasising and cradling its dimensions.
