Crispy fresh Tuna Salad 

Tuna in vegetable oil 

add after instinct;

-chopped: sweet and sour pickles, pickled jalapeños and artichoke hearts 

-half fresh chopped jalapeño 


-Dijon mustard

-Himalayan sea salt 


(The other time some Tumeric)


Cooked with salt and cayenne pepper 

Then baked with a bit of olive oil and Himalayan salt until popcorn quinoa in oven.

Cucumber Salad



-flower honey 

-black salt
